Similar situation occurred (when one day I had to change expired Visa Electron card in Swedbank) – young guy, who invested his (or moms, cause he took mom) money in so advertised invest-funds, and they could not understand how money is gone… many arguments like “you told they will rise”, “I want my money back”, “what will happen tomorrow?”, “you told risk is minimal”, “who will answer my questions”… and so on, they were angry, they lost – 2000Lt… mmm, maybe it is good for them, they had no more money that sunny day, when they bought that portfolio…
